Anxiety is not something to fight or push away. It is your nervous system trying to protect you, using patterns it learned over time. When those patterns aren’t understood or supported, they can feel overwhelming, constant, and hard to shift.
This 5-week Integral Breath Therapy series is designed to help you work with your anxiety in a way that is grounded, embodied, and effective. Through guided breath therapy, nervous system education, and somatic awareness, you will begin to understand what your body is doing and why. More importantly, you will learn how to support it.
As you build capacity in your nervous system, anxiety begins to change. It softens. It becomes more workable. You feel more steady, more present, and more connected to yourself.
Each session will include teaching, guided breath therapy, and space for integration. You will not just be learning concepts. You will be experiencing the shifts in real time.
This series is supportive whether your anxiety feels constant and underlying or comes in waves and spikes. You will leave with practical tools you can use in your daily life to regulate, reset, and return to yourself.
