The Essence of Safety
This free, two-hour experiential workshop is designed to help you understand what safety actually feels like, why it may have been difficult to access, and how to begin creating it from the inside out.
Whether this is your first experience with nervous system work or you are continuing a healing journey you have already begun, this workshop will meet you exactly where you are.

Event/Class Cancellation and/or Refunds:
There are no refunds once you have purchased your space for a class, trainings, or workshop. Retreat refunds are detailed in your contract agreements. We are always creating collaborative interactive experiences for our students and clients and we welcome you! We have commitments, which are non-refundable, therefore we are not able to refund your registration once purchased. Thank you for honoring your commitment. In the event of a last minute personal emergency, email us to discuss refund needs.
