This 6-week Integral Breath Therapy series is designed to help you work with the deeper nervous system and energetic patterns connected to scarcity, self-worth, trust, receiving, and expansion.

Through guided breath therapy, somatic awareness, nervous system education, and experiential integration, you will begin creating more internal safety and capacity for the life you desire to build.

This is not surface-level manifestation work. This is deeper work around embodiment, alignment, and learning how to stop abandoning yourself in order to create, achieve, belong, or be loved.

There are no refunds once you have purchased your space for a class, trainings, or workshop. Retreat refunds are detailed in your contract agreements. We are always creating collaborative interactive experiences for our students and clients and we welcome you! We have commitments, which are non-refundable, therefore we are not able to refund your registration once purchased. Thank you for honoring your commitment. In the event of a last minute personal emergency, email us to discuss refund needs.
